Export Specialist – Medical Supplies

Working closely with your export line manager you will:

• Reply to new inquiries, explain product features, and prepare price offers.
• Negotiate contracts of sales and shipping terms.
• Proactively seek new clients for company products in your target countries as designated by your line manager.
• Communication with overseas clients to open new markets is the main and most important responsibility.
• Recommend new products to new and existing clients 
• Familiarize yourself with the regulatory process and requirements for exporting company products to your target countries, and strictly adhere to country-specific requirements.
• Prepare product registration dossiers, if required, in target counties, confirm cost and timescale of product registration and liaise with clients. Ensure adequate registration steps and procedures in new as well as established markets. 
• Monitor the registration situation and prepare all export documents starting from receiving the purchasing order and ending with shipping of goods and sending the original documents. Follow up the orders till they are shipped.
• Manage all communication with, and obtain all necessary approvals from the relevant health authorities’ to clear the product for shipping.
• Maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, importers, distributors and agents; understand their specific needs, request regular feedback on product performance and resolve any issues.
• Monitor all financial and currency processes and transactions.
• Manage all communication with export authorities for your target countries.
• Manage the supply chain, logistics, and adhere to customs clearance and delivery cycle times.
• Collect relevant data for market survey.
• Assist with other tasks as instructed by your line manager.
• Meet and exceed your sales target.
• Prepare a daily report of your achievements.

• Experience in the Pharmaceutical, or cosmeceutical, or Medical devices/supplies industry is preferred
• English language proficiency (Written and Spoken) is required
• Second foreign language like French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Chinese etc. is preferred
• Ability to meet and exceed the sales target
• Ability to work under pressure

• Presentable
• Residents of New Cairo, Nasr City, Heliopolis, Maadi, or other areas in close proximity to New Cairo are preferred
• Graduates of Pharmacy, Vet, Science, or International Business are preferred
