Description:
  1. Prepare annual training plan/induction programs for new staff. 
  2. Communicate with all departments to notify them of new recruits to do the necessary training.
  3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all mandatory training programs implemented and receive evidences. 
  4. Propose and implement the training budget on a yearly basis
  5. The rehabilitation and upgrading of staff/develop staff skills. 
  6. Identifies training needs and implementing plans and programs for rehabilitation and training. 
  7.  Following the results of studies on management development and training. 
  8.  Preparation of work plans for the activities of the section. 
  9. Following the evaluation of the individual performance of the enterprise and offers recommendations based on results. 
Qualifications:
  • Manufacturing background is a must
  • HR Diploma or HR certificate from a reputable center. 
  • Excellent Presentation skills. 
  • V. Good Command of written and spoken English.
