Description:	Follow up on supervision and real estate insurance services. Follow up the provision of various services (cleaning – transportation and all logistical support works). The work of securing and receiving the units. Coordination with the real estate administration regarding (occupants, licenses and follow-up). Writing monthly and annual reports.6. Duties and Responsibilities Responsibility for following up on real estate supervision services. Duties – Supervising and securing real estate 24/7. Follow up on the daily reports on the security of each property. Responsible for the security sector (individuals and supervisors). Securing parties, events and visits. -Responsible for cleaning workers and setting the weekly schedule for real estate cleaning. Responsible for moving any movables from units to warehouses. Preventive work against fire. Insurance business and receiving units. Responsible for receiving the units (executing a judgment – an expired contract – rescinding a contract), receiving all the contents and securing the place.
Qualifications:	Bachelor of Engineering. Computer Microsoft Word, Excel. Previous experience in the field of security and industrial security is preferred. Ability to work under pressure. The ability to implement the specified schedule.
