Description:
  • Assist the Guest Relations Manager in ensuring maximum satisfaction for patients and visitors during their stay at FV Hospital, either as outpatient or inpatient
  • Visit all inpatients during their hospitalization
  • Handle inpatients’ inquiries and complaints
  • Particularly take care of VIP patients at OPD
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree level
  • At least 1-5-year experience in customer service field (service industry like international hotels or Hospitals is preferable) preferably in a multi-cultural environment
  • Fluent in English
  • A customer-oriented and professional attitude
  • An outgoing personality
  • Outstanding communication abilities
