Description:	Prospecting for new clients and current client’s development. Follow up deliveries & payments Gather and update information and market data of the targeted markets. Contact current and potential customers and sources of new business and developing plans to capture new business Responsible for the execution of export documentation requirements for shipments to destinations globally, which include Letter of Credit shipments, commercial invoices, etc Ensure that all documentation meets export regulations Arrange details of shipments with forwarders, carriers as necessary for exports Process shipments on Fedex and UPS system Assists office staff in maintaining files and database
Qualifications:	Excellent communication skills. Has to be experienced in dealing with the international markets especially in ceramic industries, steel industries, cement and fertilizers. Good team player and able to coordinate with people effectively Very good Negotiation Skills Bachelor degree Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills to interact with clients effectively and avoid any misconceptions Expert problem solving skills Experience from 2 to 3 years mainly in the export sales function 3-5 year experience in exporting raw materials to join the Export Dept . Fluent in English language is MUST Computer skills and efficient in working on various required software applications. Experience in Logistics an Supply Chain will be a Plus Work under pressure.
