Developing a understanding in utilising automation softwares and software platforms that best meet company needs and enhance business practices Directly contribute to our supplier growth by building out pipeline of qualified leads, effectively execute on leads and convert to active suppliers on Kingpin Build, lead and motivate team to ensure organisational objectives and goals are met Know our catalog/brand base in and out and continuously work with the Sales team to understand the latest customer needs and source gaps we need to fill Be relentlessly resourceful, scrappy and act with urgency to ensure success
Qualifications:	Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field; master’s degree is advantageous. Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional leadership and management skills. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Strong business acumen. Detail-oriented and persuasive.
