Description:	Ensuring projects are delivered timely, within scope and within agreed budget Prepare project plans, including schedule, resources and project deliverables Monitor and control each phase and steps of project implementation Identify and report project issues and project risks to the relevant individuals Find solutions to mitigate and/or minimize project risks and other issues Managing the status reporting for allocated projects. Identifying and driving continuous process improvements and business re-engineering opportunities to ensure the projects team is operating at best practice.
Qualifications:	Excellent client service skills, communication skills and documentation skillset Approach and behavior to deliver projects collaboratively, understanding the value of “one team”. Strong written and oral communication skills. 3-5 Experience delivering construction and infrastructure projects, through all life-cycle phases Ability to handle client discussions & solutions Deep understanding of project management methodologies, tools and principles
