Description:	Maintaining knowledge of the market, in addition to current prices and fair rates for goods Planning policies and procedures for efficiently, economically and productively purchasing goods for supply chain production and operation Monitoring, reviewing and analyzing bids and quotes with suppliers, including the negotiation of service agreements and contracts Overseeing sources for purchasing supplies Maintaining company budget and streamlining costs Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking Assess, manage and mitigate risks Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers Overseeing the full Shipping process
Qualifications:	Bachelor Degree 10-15 years of experience in similar role (preferably agriculture/food sectors) Experience in Shipping Proven track record of Team Leadership Very Good – Excellent English Proven track record in negotiation and business networking
