Microsoft dynamics consultant

• participate in every aspect of the implementation from analyzing the customer’s business requirements to configuring the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet the customer’s needs.

•Monitor performance of the applications to provide benchmarks and ongoing analysis.

•Effectively manage relationships with software vendor to ensure continuous development ad deliverable as per business requirements.

•Maintain excellent working relationships with users of the systems at different levels to ensure smooth work operation.

•Excellent understandings with business process and implement the application accordingly to ensure alignment.

•Ensures software integrity between objects on production environment and test environment to ensure smooth work operation.

•Manages all issues related to application documentation to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.

•Conducting training for ERP users

•Communicates with the customer’s organization on many levels to obtain the necessary understanding of the business processes.

• 3+  years’ Experience

Academic Qualifications:

•  Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information technology or relevant.

Specific Scientific Qualifications:

•  Technical Knowledge:

•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills , Computer Skills ,English Language

•   1 to 2 years’ experience working as a functional specialist on Microsoft Dynamics AX or any other Microsoft Dynamics platform (Preferably AX 2012)

•Documentation, analysis, and interpersonal communication skills
