Description:	Ensure that the software product portfolio supports the company’s overall strategy and goals. Ensure efficient inter-connection between different software products. Responsible for coordination of software product planning and execution with overall products plans throughout the Products Lifecycle. Works with product marketing in gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, setting the product vision, and defining software products. Owns defining UX for all software products Work closely with development team in planning product releases Deliver Product Requirements Definitions with prioritized features and corresponding justification. Run beta and product tests, and work with product marketing in assessing customer feedback. Perform demos to early adopters. Ensure that developed software meet the requirements of different product releases throughout its lifecycle. Ensure coordination with hardware teams for product launches and campaigns Ensure functionality of software products across all NeoSpectra hardware products Train sales teams on key product features and how to use the product Set product success metrics across its lifecycle (financial, adoption, issues, …etc.) Gather metrics for software products portfolio, and report them to internal stakeholders quarterly.
Qualifications:	More than 8 years of software work experience 2-3 years of work experience in software product management role. BSc degree in Computer Engineering. Technical background with experience in development of cloud-based web and mobile apps. Previous experience in spectroscopy is a strong plus. Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products Excellent communication skills in all different forms: oral, written, and technical documentation. Excellent command of English language. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Enthusiasm for working directly with customers, and building a deep understanding of what makes their tools work. Best candidates are expected to be outspoken, creative, able to communicate with cross-functional teams, and customer-oriented.
