Description:	Job Purpose Assist Tax Manager to manage local and international direct and indirect tax, Tax regulations, implication, and treatment for BCo, its branches, and subsidiaries. File returns. Review oversee and monitor recording of taxes billing and payments thereof. Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities Main Accountabilities  Ensure the Job Purpose happens  Treat all customers, peers, and colleagues with integrity and collaboration  to ensure driving a high performance culture.  Model the core values, develop and enhance use of the BCo Universal  Competencies adhering to the lead-by ExAMPLE competencies Comply with all HR & Binzagr Company policies and procedures Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level  Agreements   Main Responsibilities  Prepare monthly and quarterly Tax filing as per local regulation. Monitor Tax items and follow-up with the accountants’ team for appropriate Tax treatment.  Review all Tax related data captured and all liabilities and claims in favor of Tax authorities calculated with accuracy.  Take on the responsibilities of Tax manager in his absence. Review Tax reconciliations.   Prepare appropriate documentation to support tax returns. Prepare required samples from GAZT, and follow up with the accounting team in case of an audit.  Deal with all queries from Tax authorities  Submit a letter of objection and discuss the GAZT in case of fines. Review the shipments which subject to Excise Tax to make sure there is no difference in price.  Being up to date on the current status of all Taxes-related laws and regulations for KSA and GCC.  Any other Taxes related work or responsibilities assigned from time to time.
