Description:	Achieve and maintain the company prescribed sales and collection standards Prepare & update monthly report by end of the month , specified by line Manager Prepare & Submit Plan for adding new Customers Submit daily call report working sheets to the Line Manager Build and maintain positive working relationship with customers, influencing channels and key decision makers Update and maintain detailed records of products, prize, customers and competitors Regularly attend weekly meetings and monthly conferences Conduct market research and update and maintain competitor activities , price, product benefits and market positions Prepare and submit proposal for customers Maintain the company ethics and compliance to ensure the operational standards based on Reputation risk, Market risk and Band visibility Expected out come from the Role ( KPI’s) We believe in diversification and go global – bring positive influences toward the vision and mission Think and practice – Out of the box beyond the judgment of individual or groups Take steps of solution driven approach than problem identification Built & influence positive culture among team Understand & respect the organization values Reach set objectives of Quantitative & Qualitative Build leadership and influence positive among team and organization
