Description:

Some of the job duties:

  • Design architectural designs from scratch
  • Developing IFC packages
  • Can demonstrate strong designing skills in elevated  2D to 3D through sketch-up or other popular designing tools.
  • Familiar with planting material related to landscape.
  • Previous experience in preparing all tender documents (design drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications).
  • Performs other duties if assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor in architectural engineering.
  • 1-3 Years of Experience in landscape and architectural projects.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Requires highly practical skills
  • Hands-on experience in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 3D Max, Arnold render, 3D max Vray
  • Working experience with Revit and Lumion is a plus.
