Description:	Improve and update the systems and procedures of the warehouse department on a continuous basis to ensure the highest efficiency, Continuous improvements. Use the designs prepared by the warehouse manager to design and plan the warehouse to ensure that all materials are stored In a safe and secure manner, and to avoid damage. Review the balance delivered to the stores and coordinate with a specialized engineer to review the technical inventory To make sure that every balance that has been received is in a safe, usable condition. Conduct a monthly review of all stock available in stores for easy follow-up by Project Managers and Finance Division. Ensure that each balance within the stores has a single purchase order number (separate), to ensure the possibility of tracking and recording All materials. Arrange safe and appropriate transport means for the inventory delivered to project sites to ensure that all locations are received Materials required in good condition. Train and develop new warehouse custodians to use the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and review the performance of trustees Existing stores to ensure that all employees provide the best and optimum level of services. Re-distribution of warehouse and machinery trustees in completed projects, to ensure that all materials and individuals They are used, and utilized to meet the needs of enterprises Participate with project managers in addressing and addressing any problems they may have in stock or with storekeepers To ensure that the flow of work is effective. Supervise, review the work of data entry specialists to ensure that all balances are accurately recorded, and that all databases are constantly updated.
Qualifications:	Bachelor degree from any university 12 years of experience in warehouse industry MUST work in construction companies in MEGA Projects Very good background about Civil & MEP Works ERP User
