Description:

Main Job Duties:

  • Manages activities of receiving products in the best possible way , in terms of time, Costs, productivity and warehouse space.
  • Leads activities of preparing orders and loading trucks, defining and respecting the scheduling of departures.
  • Ensures the implementation of the FIFO system within the warehouse (Short shelf life time product).
  • Monitors budget to ensure the alignment with the set budget.
  • Analyzes processes and problems, to suggest different solution in order to achieve cost savings with higher level of efficiency and effectiveness; ability to measure and manage productivity for each flow.
  • Follow up stocks movement on ERP System.
  • Monitors the Warehouse team’s Performance standards & guides them to achieve their KPIs.
  • Maintains a good work procedures & seeks for the best practices & continuous improvement.
  • Ensure safety, security, quality, HACCP and food safety in all processes managed
Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • BSc of Supply Chain, Commerce or any related area.

Experience:

  • 10-15 years hands-on experience in FMGC field (Preferred in Dairies & Cheese)

  • Details oriented
  • Ability to properly manage products by shelf life, ensuring cold chain and other HACCP / Food defense requirements.
  • Ability to trace all flows, including discrepancy, in order to analyse causes and to reduce losses and damages.  
  • Ability to define picking methodology according with business strategy (FEFO, shelf life, ..)  

     

Language Skills:

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English

Computer Skills:

  • Professional user of Microsoft Office Package.
  • Knowledge of ERP System is an asset (Preferred Microsoft Dynamics – Axapta)
