Senior Materials Planning Specialist (MRP) – Cheeses

Job Description:

• Ensure that material scheduling strategy and processes are in place and work effectively in order to ensure material supply meets production requirements

With minimum stock levels, whilst optimizing costs.

• Ensure the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and inventory accuracy at all times and manage and control inventory levels and movements.
• Facilitate the Forecasting and Inventory process through focusing on cross functional communication, direction setting, risk management, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure that any Material Requirements Planning system (MRP) or IT system in place is effective and that data is accurate and up to date and resolve any issues as required.
• Managing Category of Cheeses, chilled dairy.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor degree, Preferred Faculty of Engineering or any related area.

Experience:

• 5-7 years hands-on experience in FMCG field (raw and packing materials in chilled dairies, milk, Juices & Cheeses)

Competencies:

• Expert knowledge and understanding of a variety of manufacturing of FMCG.
• Expert knowledge and experience of using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems or similar (Demand and Supply planning)

Language Skills:

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English

Computer Skills:

• Professional user of Microsoft Office Package.
• Experience in ERP System is essential (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)
