Description:	Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts. Support of sales processes via phone calls to the customers and new leads. Introducing the organization’s products or services to customers in order to follow up with further steps of the sales process Answering questions about products or the company. Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. Carrying out market research on how to address customers Preparation of sales reports and comparisons of competitors’ offer conditions Lead qualification and handover to sales team
Qualifications:	Excellent spoken English Bachelors degree Excellent communication skills Emotional intelligence: The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation. Excellent sales skills. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Experience in relevant computer software is preferable. 0-3 Years of Experience Dynamics 365 Knowledge is a plus and preferable
