Description:	Maintain an up-to-date billing system He reviews the daily sales invoices, enters them into the program Follow up on collect and allocate payments Perform account reconciliations Monitor customer account details for non-payments delayed Payments and other irregularities Research and resolve payment discrepancies Review AR aging to ensure compliance Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash, etc. Process credit card payments Process adjustments
Qualifications:	Bachelor of Commerce Experience 5-7 years of experience Perfect computer skills Ability to reflect on one’s own work as well as the wider consequences of financial decisions A Methodical approach and problem-solving skills Analytical ability Communication and interpersonal skills Experience with any of the ERP System
