Security Manager – Resorts & Hotels مدير أمن خبره فنادق

We are hiring a Security Manager for our resort,

• Put & maintain evacuation plans
• Apply the tourist police procedures
• Keep the hotel’s staff &guest safe and away from any internal & external challenge
• Manage the security team
• Follow up the security control cameras in the different locations
• Develop and enforce security standards and procedures
• Analysis and manage security performance
• Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
• Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards
• Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
• Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
• Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
• Review reports on incidents and breaches
• Investigate and resolve issues
• Create reports for management on security status
• Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology)

• 5-10 years experience in Resorts & Hotels is a must
• Ex-Police or Military is a must
• Leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Fire extinguishers and fire system awareness is a must
• First Aid Awareness is a must
• Management of security equipment
• Good knowledge of safety practices.
• Availability to work 24×7 if required.
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays
• Positive and Self-motivated
• RESORT RESIDENCY IS A MUST
