Description:	Creating content, including text posts, video, and images for use on social media Promoting products, services, and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organization’s brand and social media strategy Scheduling social media posts using applications such as Hootsuite and Tweet Deck Interacting with customers and dealing with customers’ inquiries Developing new social media strategies and campaigns Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and different campaign types. Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns Collaborating with colleagues from across marketing departments to ensure branding is consistent. Meeting with the stakeholders (such as social media influencers). These meetings may involve pitching potential marketing campaigns. Reporting performance and monitoring competition. Conduct Media monitoring and trend hunt reports using various platforms and methods.
Qualifications:	5-7 years of work experience in a similar position. Proficiency with the different Social Media Platforms, FB, IG, TW, TikTok, LinkedIn Social Media Management tools like Hootsuite, later. Experience with Media Buying, i.e Bidding, targeting strategies Experience setting community engagement strategies to develop a brand fanbase. Professional bi-lingual Copywriting & Content writing is a must. Curious, Details-oriented, analytical mindset, able to act upon insights & trends. Adapting the A/B Split test & Experimentation culture. Familiar with concepts like CX Journey mapping, Personas, conversion funnels. Knowledge of Neuromarketing best practices and their digital implications is a must. Good knowledge of the digital marketing scene, industry trends & tools. Excellent analytical and project & time management skills. An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines Strong verbal and written communication skills. BSc degree in Marketing, Digital media, or relevant field is a plus. Self-motivated and initiative.
Salary:	10000 to 12000
