Maintenance Engineer (Ain Sokhna)

Responsible for the coordination, management, and safe effective & efficient delivery of scheduled key inspection & maintenance activities. Responsible for the continuous running of equipment and machinery in industrial settings. Oversee routine maintenance and organize repairs.

• Monitors all equipment’s on the production line makes necessary adjustments and/or repairs to maintain the smooth running of the production line.
• Ensures that production targets are met in respect of efficiency, minimum wastage, and operating rates to reduce the downtime
• Implements the regular preventive maintenance program, recommends any additional needs not included in the preventive maintenance programs.
• Reviewing, Anticipates and repairs any defects which may cause production lines stoppage.
• Review the daily malfunction report submitted by the mechanical maintenance Team
• Follow up and review of exchange requests for spare parts
• Follow up and reviewing the manufacturing order and assigning the workshop supervisors to do the necessary work
• Recommend technical design or process changes to improve efficiency, quality, or performance
• Control all Mech. Maintenance reports daily, weekly, and monthly and reports the technical Dept. preset KPIs to the management team.
• Implementation of the instructions of the quality, environment, safety, and occupational health policy.
• Train and guide the related parties on all the required processes and actions.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical Power department or Mechanical Production department
• 1 to 3 years of experience
• Industrial background
