Financial Controller – Hotels

We are hiring Financial Controller for our resort,

• Managing all finance and accounting operations
• Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
• Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Manage and comply with local and government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Additional controller duties as necessary

• 3-5 years of experience
• Hotels or restaurant experience is a must
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with financial accounting statements
• Very high technical skills in Financial Audit, Financial Control and statement of errors.
• Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with department heads
• Team management experience.
• Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.
• Experience as a financial controller, accounting supervisor, chief or senior accountant
• Resort Residency is a must.
