Description:	Contribute to writing customer work instructions if necessary in coordination with the store manager Allocating warehouse personnel to clients in line with their experiences and business needs Follow-up warehouse operations and inventory management, whether daily or quarterly inventories, and follow-up on offers, productivity, quality and profitability Take tours inside the store to ensure compliance with the correct standards for operations, safety, occupational health and quality Ensure that employees comply with the company’s general instructions or operating instructions written for each individual client, if any Require the store needs such as stretch, tape, stationery quarterly or as needed Coordination with other departments of the company to ensure the successful and safe flow of work Follow-up and coordination with the Human Resources Department regarding recruitment of foreign workers and Determining the required numbers according to the needs of the work Ensure the accuracy of the reports sent by the staff and the quality of work in general
Qualifications:	Proven experience in 3PL Background in warehousing and logistics. Effective Leadership skills Problem solving skills
