Description:
  • To study the project contract documents for cost, time and contractual issues and to become familiar with the project.
  • Review & validate the constructed quantities on the site.
  • Reviews the contractors’ invoices and certifies payments.
  • Assisting in assessing the contractor claims.
  • Create takeoff sheets for prospective change orders prior to their initiation (Subcontractor)..
  • Review, monitor and advise the QS Manager and stakeholders on all requests for additional payment including measurement, variations and claims submitted by the subcontractor.
  • Coordinate between other departments regarding the process. 
  • Assist in preparing the monthly progress report.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Bsc. of Civil or Arch Engineering is a must
  • Experience in construction company is a must
  • Males preferred.
