Description:	We are looking for a live transfer agent, you will be calling client to check if they qualify for the services the company provide, if they qualify you will transfer the call to the sales agent to go through full details with them and close the deal. This is an American account, both inbound and outbound The working hours from 04 pm till 01 am Working days from Monday-Friday and weekends are fixed “Saturday and Sunday” KPIs are 3 successful transfers per day, successful doesn’t mean they closed the deal, successful means they stayed on the line with the sales agent for 2 minutes or more.
Qualifications:	Fluency in both spoken and written English, as all communication will be in English Must have your own Laptop/ stable internet connection as it is working from home job Must have your own headset Have experience in Customer support or telesales Able to work from 04 om till 01 am
Salary:	3500 to 4000
