Description:	Job Description Executive management job normally reporting to Group CEO. Oversee Finance & Control overall area, he leads efforts in Finance, budgeting, Tax, Accounting, Financial and Managerial reporting. Plans and guides the financial resources of the company, develops and measures the results of company financial policies. Managing the process of financial forecasting and budgets and drive the company’s financial planning. Analyzing the financial strength and weakness and proposing corrective action. Performing risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments. Decide on investment strategies by considering ROI, in addition to cash & liquidity risks. Oversee the negotiation of vendor agreements, bids, contracts, and services to ensure optimum service and pricing. Ensuring compliance with the law and company’s policies and oversee taxation for the company. Ensuring cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operation. Ensuring that the company’s financial reports are accurate and completed in a timely manner. CFO works with other senior managers and plays a key role in the company’s overall successes especially in the long run. CFO Assist CEO forecasting in cost business analyses & funding requirements recourses. Strong interaction capabilities with the management team and external parties.
Qualifications:	Job Requirements Work experience of 10 years of which 5 years expertise in a senior financial management position. Ideally in the business of the manufacturing industry and/or technical services. Universal Education in Finance / Accounting / Controlling (MBA a plus). Advanced computer software skills: CRM, ERP High level of commitment, initiative, reliability, resilience Experience in teamwork and good communication skills
