Sales Representative

BokDoc. The leading surgical healthcare platform in Egypt is building a new business development team.
So we are looking to hire Telesales Representatives with previous experience to help us achieve our new projects and sell our services in a professional way. 
Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Representing the company’s product and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding of the customers’ needs and identifying the best product or service.
• Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and providing solutions
• Receiving Inbound Calls & Handling Technical Queries.
• Maintaining Customer Satisfaction.
• Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics.
• Creating new leads and converting them into sales.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals/targets

• Bachelor’s Degree is a MUST
• Previous work experience as a Sales Representative or Telesales
• Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships is a PLUS
• Previous experience in selling over the phone and closing deals is a PLUS
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
