Description:
  • Handling maintenance & accident requests among ECU ,benefits and pool cars operation drivers and agencies and maintenance service centers.
  • Managing & issuing maintenance & accidents forms and documentation cycle
  • Managing maintenance & accidents process on ERP (oracle system).
  • Revising & reviewing all maintenance & accidents invoices from agencies & services centers
  • Fluency in both spoken & written English
  • Full knowledge of Windows and MS Office Applications
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor is Degree in Business administration, Accounting, Engineering or related field
  • Experience in Cars Maintenance and Fleet Management.
  • knowledge ERP system (oracle & SAP)
    Handling & recording all maintenance & Accidents databases
  • Providing all maintenance & accidents reports
  • Full knowledge of Windows and MS Office Applications
