Description:	Design and plan travel products (packages, itineraries, activities, experiences); Develop travel destinations for Seera brands based on the relevance and current requirements; Proactively plan and develop travel products through their lifecycle while remaining in line with business timescales; Manage and maintain vendor relationships for all product-related communication; Negotiate routes, itineraries, and experience with DMC’s, tour operators, and suppliers in line with the sourcing department terms; Assist other teams throughout travel product lifecycle (content & marketing, CMS); Write and maintain the accuracy of products briefs for the content & marketing department; Monitor travel products sales and performance; Collaborate with the sourcing department for vendors, pricing, services, etc; Collaborate closely with content & marketing department for brochure, website, and collateral production; Collaborate with training department for training and education activities conducted for sales and FFT departments; Support sales and FFT departments with the product related questions and queries
Qualifications:	3+ years of experience in the travel industry; Graduate degree or equivalent experience in travel, business administration, marketing, or related field; Fluent English; Advanced analytical skills with demonstrated ability to work through the development of complex business solutions; Familiarity working in MS Office (Excel) and a data warehouse; Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to direct the actions of others (both English and Arabic); Must be flexible and responsive to changing priorities while working under pressure to meet immediate deadlines; Collaborative nature with the ability to interact with a variety of staff from all levels, including heavy interaction with executive team;
