HR Business Partner

1- Handling the recruitment process for both factory and sales & marketing office.

2- Manage & develop the performance management process

3- Establish the training plan and execute it with training institutes

4- Develop policies and procedures within Biophe

5- Develop the salary structure of the organization

• At least 5 years experience in Recruitment, Performance Management, training & OD
• Post Graduate HR studies
• Knowledgeable in Egyptian Labor Law is Preferred
• Near October or Haram resident is a must
• Male is a Must
• Change Agent with high communication and problem solving skills
• Pharmaceutical Experience is a plus
