Property Advisor

• Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
• Responsible for the negotiation processes.
• Consult clients on market conditions.
• Making market research about the? new projects in the market.
• Maintaining contact with clients to have an opening to discuss future business prospects.
• Responsible for adding listings and projects.
• Updating a weekly report (productivity report).
• Hold visits with potential buyers to different project locations.
• Follow up with Development Companies to get updated availability.

Salary System: 

• Gross basic salary: 6,000 to 10,000 based on # of deals you close in the first 2 months
• Gross commission: 4,000 to 10,000 / Million based on # of deals closed every month
