social media moderator

Erama group looking to hire an intern as a moderator with knowledge and understanding of digital media, including various social media platforms.

The intern hired for this position will need strong critical thinking skills to integrate into our vibrant and passionate team, who are very excited to share this launch with an intern hoping to gain extensive online experience.

Responsibilities:

– Attend training every Saturday in our branch in Dokki for 2 months.

– Implement tasks and share with the marketing team leader on a due date.

*Review and moderate all user-generated content and user profiles (either pre-, post- or reactive moderation) within forums, comments, images, videos and audio, liaising with the Legal and Community team where required.

*Manage the banned user process, and track and remove previously banned users

*Maintain the Moderation Guidelines and ensure they are up to date

*Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews on time, making sure to adhere to the Brand and Audience Strategies.

*Moderate communities located in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar social media platforms, adapting methodology where appropriate

*Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

*Regularly feedback insights gained from community moderation into the Social Media team

*Monitor all industry and company information and news to anticipate potential issues

*If trainee pass the preparation period will be able to get a job offer in our team
