Description:	Responsible for having a proper outline for the user’s guide Developing and maintaining a reusable documentation library Reviewing the documentation to make sure they are up to the standards Participating in departmental efforts to develop and update documentation standards, templates, and procedures Developing of English and Arabic software end-user documentation (user manuals, help systems, and installation guides) in terms of: Content (conceptual and procedural) Illustrations and screenshots Microsoft templates Responsible for the localization and revision of the application’s user interfaces and error messages Ensuring linguistic correctness and conformity to UI labels and error messages rules in developed solutions Reporting task status, allocation status (in case of any available idle time), and any risks that may arise in a timely manner
Qualifications:	Bachelor degree in English Literature or equivalent Experience in technical writing and translation from English-Arabic, preferably in the IT industry. Preferable On-hands experience in all types of end-user software documentation: user’s guides, help systems, and installation guides
