Description:	Source/ Identify suitable sites/ opportunities according to company standards and objectives. Preview and assess potential site according to the Return on Investment report Coordinate the visits of the stakeholders and submit final site evaluation report. Negotiate with property owners to facilitate agreements that best serve Spinneys interest and maintain the value of the property at hand. Ensure that all real estate transactions initiated are in complete compliance with the applicable laws and regulations relating to the purchase, sale or lease of a property by having the essentials confirmations from the relative departments. Monitor, study and report the competitors’ actions and related market activities. Manage the property owners’ relationship to ensure that Spinneys management is fully aware of the owner’s updates and activities. Review properties related documents such as contracts, purchase and/ or lease agreements with legal department. Analyze the paid rents to ensure its paid accurately and within the real estate budget. Ensure implementation of all department related policies.
Qualifications:	Bachelor’s degree. Experience: 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Excellent English. Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
