Description:	Receive copies of primary import shipping documents and extract data as per ACID system. Compile, sort, and verify accuracy of information prior entering into the system. Enter Data on to the official Customs NAFEZA portal system. Electronic sign in on customs official system using provided device. Act as company’s representative in front of customs authority and is accountable for all provided data accordingly. Maintain copies of assigned ACID number for each shipment Circulate ACID number to the assigned personnel to ensure proper follow up of imported shipments till final release. Ensure flawless circulation of ACID number to avoid any delays in shipments. Verify accuracy of data entered on the system Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:	Bachelor’s degree in business administration / Operations / Logistics Management. 1-2 year of relevant experience preferably in Customs Brokerage or Freight Forwarder companies. Knowledge of logistics documents, Customs and tariff codes. Knowledge of data entry on NAFEZA customs system. The ability to communicate effectively in English, verbal and written communication skills. Performs accurately and in timely manner Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to work under pressure High communications skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
