  • Performing other tasks related to the banking activity according to the needs of the project.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies/procedures.
  • Proactive in assessing the financial needs of the customers.
  • Providing straightforward information or dealing with complex inquiries.
  • Using computerized systems to access customer information.
Qualifications:
  • Fluent French and English
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
  • Good upselling skills and capacity to engage with customers by providing a warm and cordial atmosphere with every contact
  • Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus
