Description:	Conduct process to ship code bills and check requests. Handling the whole importing process with external suppliers related to deliveries cover starting from the PO request going through dealing with the industrial factory & coordinating payments & preparing all needed documents and coordinating with the shipping companies until the shipment arrives. Ensure to complete, submit and follow up applications for Import licenses across complete process. Maintain and update procedures to assure ongoing adherence with existing Government Import Controls. Creating & maintain databases for industrial companies, shipments & shipping companies. Involve in general procurement, order processing, and progress. Prepare delivery records for engineers out in field to ensure timely deliveries and correspondence.
Qualifications:	Good communication skills on all fronts, as well as excellent interpersonal skills so as to ensure free flow of company logistics process. Good customer care ability. Ability to work as part of a team whenever it is necessary to do so. Good analytical skills and ability to prioritize in the face of multiple tasks. Excellent time management skills so as to ensure efficiency in service delivery at all times. Ability to be proactive when dealing with customer complaints or requests. A degree in any social science or management field. 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
