Position Summary:

Are you a human resource professional with a passion for recruiting, looking for a new challenge and an exciting opportunity to advance your knowledge, skills and career in a great working environment?

Job Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through online channels

• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls and in-person interviews

• Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs

• Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates

• Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes

• Deliver an excellent candidate experience

• Collects data for recruitment reporting needs in a timely manner

What we look for:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant study

• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting

• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in recruitment

• Fluency in English is a must

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
