Description:

1. Reviewing of lighting engineering drawings and budget;

2. Pre-construction organization; construction peripheral coordination; work closely with the owner and main contractor;

3. Monitoring of construction progress and quality, treatment of Engineering changes, acceptance and settlement of the project;

4. Ensuring management of construction site, safety management, management and monitoring of construction team members;

5. Guidance of construction technology and training of construction team members. 

Qualifications:
1. B.S degree or above in engineering management or realted;

2. At least  three-year experience in construction management and decoration construction management of lighting projects;

3. Holders of revelant engineering certificates  p’rpreferable (in electromechanical engineering major);

4. Good communication, coordination and control ability;

5. Strong sense of responsibility, hardworking attitude, perseverance, simple work style and the ability to withstand working pressure;

6. Be able to be a mutiple tasker.
Salary:11000 to 15000
