Description:	Investigation with employees and all matter thereof. Responsible for providing legal advice for the board of management and other department. Responsible for handling all matters related to corporate and labor law ,civil law, and formal procedures before governmental authorities including but not limited GAFI, Commercial registered , ITEDA , FEI ,  Notary public, Courts, police station. Provide legal support and review; prepare BOD, OGM, and EGM General Meeting Assembly’s. Submitted and notarization BOD, OGM, EGM before GFAI and other authority thereof against nine companies “attached” Coordinator and following up all legal files with thread Law Firms concerning with our lawsuits, Cases, authorization our branches. Responsible for drafting and reviewing company’s contracts and agreements. Draft a simple legal letter to submit against governmental authorities. Draft legal opinion and briefs, simple memorandum to explain scope of legal issue.
Qualifications:	Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Strong negotiation skills. Licensed to practice law Specialized in Corporate, Commercial law is an asset Contract negotiations, vetting and drafting Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
