Description:
  • Deploy and maintain Azure IaaS Virtual Machines and Azure Application and Networking Services to support growth into the cloud.
  • Design, implement, configure, and maintain various Azure SaaS Cloud Services
  • Research, recommend, deploy, and maintain server/systems infrastructure based on user requirements
  • Work with DevOps and Security to define and implement policies/governance for physical and cloud-based systems
  • Support daily activities for Server Infrastructure such as log monitoring, asset inventory, utilization reports, and other related activities
  • Research and implementation of new tools to improve efficiency, performance, and cost-effectiveness
  • Research and resolve identified security issues
  • Troubleshoot and identify performance, connectivity, and other issues for applications hosted in Azure, private cloud or on-site
  • Ability to understand customer pain points, requirements and translate these into a winning solution
  • Manage backup and restore across all environments
  • Office 365 components administration
  • Update (Patch) Management – test and implement service packs throughout server/systems infrastructure as directed by Information Security.
  • Collaborate and support technical, service and DEV teams
  • Hybrid azure AD
  • Infrastructure architecture of DNS, Active Directory and other Directory Services implementations
Qualifications:
  • Experience with Azure Security Center
  • Experience with Serverless computing (Azure Functions, Event Grid, Service Bus)
  • Experience with Azure container services offerings
  • Experience with PowerShell or the Azure CLI.
  • Experience with Azure networking (VNET peering, Azure App Gateway, Azure Load Balancers, and Azure Traffic Manager, VPN Gateways, ExpressRoute).
  • Experience with Azure Multifactor Authentication (MFA).
  • Experience with Active Directory Certificate Authorities, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)
  • Highly effective communication skills and experience on a service-oriented team AD connect installation and administration
