  • Achieve sales targets set by the company.
  • Handling customers’ requests received from fresh running campaigns and CRM system.
  • Present, promote, and sell units using solid arguments to existing and potential customers.
  • Explain contracts, addressing concerns, and finalizing deals.
  • Advising customers about delivery schedules, and after-sales service.
  • Prepare the needed reports assigned by managers.
     
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in the same position and real estate background is a must.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Excellent personal presentation, pleasant and trustworthy.
  • Strong knowledge of using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM
  • Must own a car.
