Main Job Duties:

  • Review bookings with suppliers and hotels.
  • Resolve cases with clients and hotels.
  • Follow up with travel agents for future bookings.
  • Update bookings with hotels confirmation numbers on daily bases.
  • Make an offline booking.
  • Daily check on the system.
  • Check and reply to daily emails.
  • Achieve department targets.
  • Handle cases after hours.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 of experience in travel agencies or familiar with B2B online suppliers
  • Very Good command of English (writing and speaking)
  • Males (preferred)
  • Age: 27 maximum
