Description:	Represents the company at client’s clinics and hospitals. Negotiate contract agreements for all medical services Prepare and edit contracts between the company and potential clients. The contract specialist with perform duties to track, organize and process documentation and activities related to the organization’s contractual arrangements. Track and organize documentation pertaining to contractual arrangements for Company. Provide support for contract renewals and related departmental communication with company representatives and business sponsors Coordinate with clients to guarantee terms of contracts are fulfilled in compliance with the contract terms and regulations. Assess performance to identify the need for amendments of existing contracts. Handle breach of contracts in a timely manner. Serve as the main liaison between the company and the external institutions as outside contracts representative. Develop and implement effective negotiation proposals. Coordinate with external institutions to guarantee terms of contracts are fulfilled in compliance with the contract terms and regulations. Moderate and attend meetings with clients if there are any contractual conflicts.
Qualifications:	Bachelor degree of Medicine , pharmacy or Veterinary Experience from 3 : 7 years with background medical firm Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to resolve client complaints and concerns. Excellent Negotiation and communication skills. Creative yet practical mind. Aptitude in presentation and public speaking
