Description:	As a Psychiatrist, you will evaluate, monitor, and diagnose to determine and recovery plans. You will counsel patients, write prescriptions, and monitor patients’ progress, while being compassionate and sensitive to their needs and concerns. Conduct standard and comprehensive psychiatric assessment either in person or remotely to obtain proper medical history, assess risk, formulate diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Establish therapeutic relationship with patient and family. Prescribe medications according to diagnosis. Follow up and monitor response and side effects. Educate patient and family about diagnosis and offered treatment options. Complete initial assessment and progress notes in timely manner in electronic records. Complete medical reports for concerned patients / clients. Conduct family meetings when required. Referral to colleagues within the center or outside deemed necessary. Request appropriate investigations or testing when required to assist diagnosis and treatment. Liaison with RRC treating team. Attend peer review rounds for continuity of care as needed. Contribute to the development of RRC with research involvement and community outreach if interested. Follow code of ethics and professionalism. Abide by the RRC policies and procedures.
Qualifications:	Qualifications & experience: Psychiatry Saudi Board or an equivalent degree recognized by the SCFHS. At least 3-5 years of clinical experience post training in general Psychiatry or subspecialty. Hold a valid license from the SCFHS or eligible to obtain one. Technical knowledge & skills: Adequate computer skills. Familiar with electronic records. Ability and flexibility to work within a team. Up-to-date knowledge with international treatment guidelines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
