Description:	As the owner of the problem handling process, Will be responsible for SLA fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Responsible for monitoring L2 and L3 to handle customer service requests on time. Responsible for communicating with customer timely and effectively Responsible for providing one-off effectiveness solutions to customers. Provide remote technical support services for customers Responsible for collecting information remotely. Can seek support from L0. Responsible for implementing solutions remotely. Responsible for archiving remote service delivery documents and Knowledge base. Complete tasks assigned by L2 timely and effectively. Understand the assigned product and knows its capabilities Investigate, analyze and Prepare Root Cause Analysis documents Troubleshooting and fixing of problems/defects related to software
Qualifications:	3-5 year of experience support/development. Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly Excellent Analytical and troubleshooting skills. Very Good Experience with LINUX Very Good Experience with SQL. Good Experience with Hibernate. Basic Experience with Spring Core Framework and Webservice Frameworks Very Good Experience in using source control e.g. Git
