Business Development Executive

The Role is to generate revenue for the Company and grow its business by establishing new successful business deals and increasing opportunities from existing Clients. 

It is a combination of marketing and sales of the Company services. In brief the Role serves the purpose of developing the Company’s business in every possible way.

The responsibility of the “Business Development Executive” is contacting clients to generate leads and secure new Clients and new businesses with existing Clients and generate successful deals to the Company. He / She will establish rapport, arrange meetings and most importantly generate successful business to the Company. 

It is His / Hers will:

• Achieve the Company’s revenue targets;
• Develop business & coordinate with the Company to achieve the planned revenue goals;
• Manage and retain relationships with existing Clients ensuring there are no cases of delinquencies and/or delay in the payments of the Company Fees, etc…;
• Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives;
• Research organizations and individuals to find new business opportunities;
• Increase the value of current Clients while attracting new ones and maintain balance;
• Increase Clients’ base and improve sales;
• Participate in the preparation of quotations & proposals to Clients;
• Assist in the Company’s branding and media communication activities such as press releases, advertisements, marketing campaigns & collaterals, and website, etc…
• Make sure that all Clients’ queries are well-investigated and resolved, and escalating queries if appropriate to the management;
• Reviews the completion and revision of the Clients’ documents;
• Ensure the closing of transaction and maintaining satisfactory Client Service at all stages;
• Perform the role according to the Company’s strategies, policies, and procedures.
