Description:
  • Carrying out testing on concrete and raw material, compiling test reports Preparing mix designs, and conducting trial mixes.
  • Design recipes according to the required NORMS with the best utilization of raw materials and the lowest production cost.
  • Selecting the best raw material sources and make sure of all deliveries according to the selected quality.
  • Planning, coordinating & controlling all laboratory activities.
  • Direct the testing of all the raw materials for concrete. Ensure that it is done with sufficient frequency.
  • Overlooking the laboratory and manage the technicians.
  • Meet high productivity Establishing laboratory facilities practices to fulfill test requirements train laboratory technicians to meet project quality plan Managing.
  • Ensuring implementation of H&S policy and rules within his department and at casting sites.
Qualifications:
  • BSc in Science or Material Quality Engineering or Civil Engineering.
  • 1-3 years of experience in ready-mix is a must.
  • Result-oriented.
  • Very good English skills.
  • Good communication skills.
