Description:
  • 1.Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  • 2.Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans ,test cases and Inspection procedures.
  • 3.Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
  • 4. prioritize, plan and coordinate inspection activities for incoming and in process and outgoing.
  • 5.Develop inspection methods to analyze product quality using lean tools and quality tools.
  • 6.Faults Analyzing, its root cause & to ensure full poka-yoke process.
  • 7.Knowledge of SPC, PPAP, FMEA & 7 QC Tools.
  • 8.Carrying out 5S, Poke- Yoke and kaizen activities for continuous improvement.
  • 9.Improve product quality by making recommendations for change.
  • 10.Collaborating with Operations Managers to develop and implement controls & improvements.
  • 11.Work together with relevant teams and departments to improve products.
  • 12.Ensure products adhere to company and industry quality standards.
  • 13.Brainstorm ideas to create solutions for identified problems.
  • 14.Prepare the monthly, weekly and day to day reports and compare with target.
  • 15.Maintaining and updating the Batch Manufacturing Records.
  • 16.Implement a working system to ensure conformity and accuracy in the production process.
  • 17.Evaluate the monthly result with QC manager.
  • 18.Report to QC manager.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Electrical Engineering .
  • • +3 years of  quality control experience
  • • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain and teach methodologies.
