Quality Assurance Specialist

✓ Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering/science or equivalent
✓ Minimum 5 years of experience
✓ Experience in quality management systems.
✓ Experience in quality system audits.
✓ Understands, explains and presents complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences, at all levels up to the highest, in a persuasive and convincing manner.
✓ Has a broad and deep IT knowledge coupled with equivalent knowledge of the activities of those businesses and other organizations that use and utilize IT functions.
✓ Assesses the impact of legislation, and actively promotes compliance.
✓ Good presentation skills.
✓  Excellent written and oral communication skills.
✓ Negotiation and facilitation skills.
✓ Strong PC and office productivity tools skills.
✓  Solid knowledge of COBIT, ISO 9001 and Six Sigma.

• ✓ Implement the quality management system through the policy, procedures, and processes of quality planning (QP), quality assurance (QA), and quality control (QC), with continuous process improvement activities conducted throughout, as appropriate.
  ✓ Perform QP through identifying which quality standards are relevant to the project and determining how to satisfy them. 
  ✓ Perform QA via applying the planned, systematic quality activities to ensure that the project employs all processes needed to meet requirements.
  ✓ Perform QC via monitoring specific project results to determine whether they comply with relevant quality standards and identifying ways to eliminate causes of unsatisfactory Preformance
